Should be interesting to see how the team responds to the new coordinator. I am definitely happy they stayed in the organization to replace Spags. I agree with him on Pierce, they gotta put some good players around Pierce so they don't have to rely on him as much in pass coverage.

Totally agree with keeping Sheridan. He was under Spags for 2 seasons and should have enough knowledge of the Spags system to be able to implement the system with his own twist. I mean come on, every down the D LINE is going to try and kill the QB. I like the Boley pickup to help Pierce and also the Sintim kid. I am very excited to see this D in action.
